Accountabilities/ Duties

• Assisting clients in transferring/ambulation
• Push-pull clients in wheelchairs
• Helps in keeping a healthy and safe environment
• Provide post-operative snacks/drinks to clients as directed
• Tidy client bays following correct policy and procedures
• Clean any devices as directed following maker’s directions
• Takes part in any in-service/education as required.

Certifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of successful work experience is preferable, ideally in a clinical setting
• Work requires some pressing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
