Responsibilities:

Providing assistance with day-to-day jobs, consisting of but not restricted to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to physician appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping. Different individual care services as essential to fulfill the client’s or patient’s needs. Helping client with active and passive movement work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed modifications to the Director of Nursing.

Job Requirements:

• Should be able to offer a CNA License
• Minimum one year of documented CNA experience.
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/ BLS Accreditation
• Unfavorable TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Unrestricted Motorist’s License
• Trusted Car
• Proof of active Car Insurance
• Need to have the ability to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
• Needs to be able to raise to 50 pounds
