VIEW: NY company owner demand warrant when health inspector barges inside over Cuomo COVID limitation
A group of New York company owner on Friday could be seen having a tense conflict with sheriff’s deputies and a county health inspector over Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s coronavirus restrictions, in a viral video that made the rounds online over the weekend.
The video, shared on a post by Tim Walton, reveals Erie County constable’s deputies and a county health official going to Athletes Unleashed, a personal fitness center in Orchard Park, where more than 100 Buffalo-area company owner were collected.

Business owners were supposedly there to brainstorm ways to endure Cuomo’s just recently executed “orange zone” restrictions, in which schools go remote and “high-risk” businesses such as gyms are closed.
The constable’s deputies and the county health inspector showed up at the conference about 20 minutes after it had actually begun, informing the guests that they remained in violation of Cuomo’s limitations, which restrict 10 or more individuals.

Others among the group continuously shout, “Get out!” while recording on their cell phones as the 3 officials ultimately choose to leave. The group follows them all the way to the parking area. As the officials head for their lorries a guy can be heard screaming: “Take your commie s– elsewhere!”
