Work with Up Healthcare is trying to find caring, thoughtful CNAs to help one of our Visalia customers! This is a wonderful opportunity to assist this prestigious medical center with providing the very best possible take care of their patients. Need to be readily available to work any shift consisting of nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay range depends upon shift and experience.

Important task duties include:

• Assists to preserve great personal health and assists in keeping a healthy safe environment
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals
• Assists the patient with ambulation as bought by the RN
• Encourage patient independence
• Performs regular housekeeping jobs
• Reports any modification in the patients psychological or physical condition to the RN or the nursing supervisor
• Guarantees the conclusion of patient care documentation in a prompt manner
• Preserves patient and family privacy
• Preserves professional, helpful, and responsive interpersonal communication abilities
• Performs other duties as appointed

Minimum Required Certification:

• Licensed Nursing Assistant certificate
• Capability to communicate efficiently both spoken and written
• BLS/CPR certification
