Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Should be a graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Need to be currently registered/licensed in suitable State.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
• Should have CPR accreditation upon hire or get during orientation.

Particular Task Requirements:

• Need to have the capability to make independent decisions when situations require such action
• Need to exhibit outstanding customer service and a favorable attitude towards patients
• Should be able to communicate and operate productively on an interdisciplinary group
• Maintain expert working relationships with all partners, suppliers, and so on
