WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Relate To Ascension Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to assistwith fundamental patient care activities.
OBLIGATIONS:
- Assists with procedures bought by physician and monitored by a Registered Nurse (Registered Nurse).
- Helps clients with tending to individual care, activities of day-to-day living and transfers/transport.
- Reports findings or changes in physical, psychological and psychological conditions to nursing staff.
- Assists with keeping patient spaces tidy and organized. Guarantees resident security by recognizing security risks and emergency scenarios and initiates restorative action as proper.
WHAT YOU WILL REQUIRE
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION:
- REQUIRED CREDENTIAL( S):
- Nurse Aideobtained prior to hire date or task transfer date.
- PREFERRED CREDENTIAL( S):
- BLS Service Provider.
EDUCATION:
- Diploma
- High school diploma or GED preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- None required.
