We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents, under guidance of a certified nurse, in accordance with community policies and treatments and report resident requirements and issues to a certified nurse.

Responsibilities

  • Help Homeowners with the activities of every day life, keeping in mind to use corrective nursing principles to promote and keep individuals at their greatest level of operating.
  • Report any modification of condition in Homeowners immediately to supervisor on responsibility.
  • Conduct Citizen rounds as designated.
  • Document Homeowner progress as explained by corporate guidelines.
  • Complete any admission or discharge treatment.
  • Foster self-respect and a sensation of worth in each Homeowner by constant kindness, understanding, and persistence in their care.
  • Participate in the Citizen care planning procedure as appointed.
  • Use appropriate devices and techniques to guarantee the security of Locals and personnel.
  • Complete all required paperwork precisely and timely, following all neighborhood policies and procedures.
  • Make sure Homeowners have call lights at hand or can be seen by staff.
  • Response call lights without delay.
  • Assist Homeowners with meals, nutrition, hydration and transportation.
  • Guarantee quality customer care to the Locals, households, and staff the department serves.
  • Consistently work cooperatively with Homeowners, personnel, volunteers, and families to guarantee Residents are receiving the very best quality care.
  • Pertain to work as scheduled and regularly demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
  • Use proper care and usage of devices and garbage disposal procedures in accordance with corporate policies and treatments.
  • Take part in all in-services and activities as needed.
  • Follow all composed and oral instructions as offered by supervisor.
  • Observe all community policies and treatments, including however not limited to security, infection control, Locals’ rights, and those contained in the staff member handbook and nursing policy and treatment handbook.
  • Preserve the privacy of all secured health info whether electronic, written, or oral exposed to either throughout the course of assigned tasks or as a result of an incidental disclosure.
  • Apply the Minimum Necessary Standard in all matters associated with Locals’ protected health details.

Certifications

  • Complete and pass training and proficiency tests as authorized by the State Board of Health needed.
  • Existing Qualified Nursing Assistant (CNA) accreditation
  • Able to read and comprehend written Resident care guidelines and chart Resident conditions.
  • Able to follow composed and oral instructions.
  • Ability to work separately.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Demonstrate reliability, cooperation, and interest in the care of the senior.
  • Possess the capability to communicate efficiently and deal tactfully with personnel, Residents, families, and visitors.
