The CNA files all information pertaining to each designated local on each shift precisely and prompt.

The CNA takes part in all required/mandatory in-services; as well any furthermore used in-service programs as evidenced by their complete understanding of all required policies/procedures and ability to perform their job tasks properly and timely.

CREDENTIALS:

• Successful conclusion of Qualified Nursing Assistant Proficiency Program, with present accreditation in the state of California
• One year of experience in a proficient nursing facility is chosen
• Current CPR accreditation

The Orchards will have 71 Proficient Nursing beds, 20 Memory Care- Assisted Living systems, and 58 Assisted Living Systems on the exact same campus as Reata Glen, a large Continuing Care Retirement Neighborhood including 480 Independent Living systems found in Rancho Mission Viejo/ San Juan Capistrano in warm Southern California.
