A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) puts resident service first and guarantees that homeowners and families get the greatest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, which recognizes the person’s needs and rights. Will deal with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact the citizen’s quality of life through assisting with caregiving:
- Handling and serving locals in a way favorable to their security and convenience
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
- Coordinating schedules for locals requiring rehabilitation therapy
- Getting and accompanying visitors
- Orienting and mentoring brand-new nursing assistants
- Keeping linens, supplies, and devices
