Your day.
As a CNA with us, you will know how to:
- Respond to client care requirements by responding to call lights, helping clients with health care and nutrition, acquiring essential indications, and communicating constructively, successfully and timely with members of the care group.
- Check and document client vitals, glucose, inputs and outputs.
- Assist nurses and physicians within scope and competency.
- Actively take part in conference client experience objectives.
- Assist with client transfers, admissions and discharges as directed and in compliance with the principles of safe client handling.
- Show and follow the requirements of infection prevention.
Your experience.
We employ people, not resumes. However we likewise anticipate excellence, which is why we need:
- Effective completion of a certified nursing assistant training program
- Accreditation as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice
- Present BLS accreditation backed by the American Heart Association or the capability to obtain within 60 days of hire (with prior approval)
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
