- Review patient care plans daily to determine if modifications in the citizen’s day-to-day care routine have actually been made on the care plan
- Notify the nurse supervisor of any changes in the citizen’s condition so that suitable info can be gone into on the homeowner’s care strategy
- Help resident’s with day-to-day needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and carrying homeowners to/from consultations
- Produce and uphold an environment of heat, perseverance, enthusiasm, and foster a calm and cheerful environment
- Ensure homeowners’ spaces are all set for receiving and help locals feel comfy
- Participate in center studies by authorized federal government companies
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Efficiently interact needed resident details to charge nurses, director of nursing, and/or administrator
- Have a 10 th grade education or above
- Be a licensed qualified nursing assistant in this state
