Knowing Methods explains a program of research in discovering strategies started by the Defense Advanced Research Study Projects Firm (DARPA) in1976 The objective of the program is to enhance learning, decrease training time, and minimize training costs by developing and examining educational materials developed to teach standard intellectual and affective abilities.
