A Journey of Faith is a memoir composed throughout a time Sunseria chose to transform from Christianity to Islam. She speaks about what made her decide to convert to Islam and how the transition in between the 2 faiths affected her way of life and her relationships with friends, household, and her marriage. During the 6 years as a Muslim, she struggled in between the desire to wish to be a Muslim and battling with her husband about her new life. She would later fi nd herself at a cross roadway, selecting to stay with her partner or leaving her marriage to pursue her new life. She would later on decide to leave her marriage to pursue the life as a Muslim. After her divorce she understands that this was a mistake and her faith started to waiver and she gradually began to pull away from the religion. No longer using the hijab, Sunseria still finds difficulty living her brand-new life, but continues to hold on to her faith and her trust in God.
