What You Will Do
At Ascension Living’s Our Lady of Peace, you will find significant professions, fantastic homeowners, outstanding groups, a collective atmosphere, and lots of room to make your mark. This is a “FULL-TIME/ EVENINGS/ 37.50 HOURS EACH WEEK” shift position. As a C.N.A. Certified Nursing Assistant for Our Woman of Peace, you will offer patient/resident care as needed under the direct supervision of the Accredited Nurse. Completing appointed tasks to ensure prompt, efficient and safe patient/resident care, while interacting and interacting with patients, homeowners, families and other health staff member is a necessary component of this position. You need to want to work a versatile schedule, that might consist of weekends and/or vacations, in order to help with the implementation of care plans for our residents.

Required Credential( s):
Effective completion of a Certified Nurse Assistant program and/or NYS Current Accreditation.
Accreditation should be present and the C.N.A. must remain in good standing with the NYS Assistant Computer System Registry.
Education:
Minimum Education: Grade School
Preferred Education: High School or Equivalent
Work Experience:
Minimum Experience: On the job training provided. Preferred Experience: 6 months Nurse Attendant experience in a hospital/skilled center or comparable scientific experience as determined by the Director of Nursing Services.
